What you get
Link your phone from ERPNext
Open WhatsApp Settings → Link Phone and scan the code, or type a pairing code. No developer account, no Meta approval.
Send documents in one click
Invoices, quotations, orders and statements go out on WhatsApp with the PDF attached, straight from the document.
Auto replies and an AI assistant
Menus, keyword rules and business hours, plus an AI assistant that answers customers and qualifies leads.
Every chat on the customer
Incoming and outgoing messages are logged against contacts, with delivery and read receipts.
Several numbers
Sales, support, accounts — link as many numbers as your plan allows and pick which one sends.
An API for everything else
A simple REST API with signed webhooks for your own systems, shops and integrations.
Built into Nergaa Cloud
Every Nergaa Cloud site comes with WhatsApp ready: the account is created for you, nothing to configure.
Your number, your data
Messages go from your own WhatsApp number. Webhooks are signed so only genuine events reach your ERP.
WhatsApp FAQ
How do I connect WhatsApp to ERPNext?
On Nergaa Cloud it is already set up: open WhatsApp Settings in ERPNext, press Link Phone and scan the QR code with WhatsApp → Linked devices. On another host, install the WhatsApp app, add your Nergaa WhatsApp API key and do the same.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API or Meta approval?
No. Nergaa WhatsApp links your existing WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business number as a linked device, the same way WhatsApp Web does.
Can I send invoices on WhatsApp?
Yes. Every printable document in ERPNext has Send on WhatsApp in its menu: the customer’s number and a message are filled in and the PDF is attached.
Can I use it without ERPNext?
Yes. Sign up at whatsapp.nergaa.cloud and use the dashboard, or connect any system through the REST API and webhooks.
