• Contact form. Name, email address, phone number, subject, and message. We send these through EmailJS to our team so we can reply.
• Demo and consultation bookings. The time you choose, the meeting type, and the name and email you enter in the scheduler (Cal.com or Calendly). Those providers process that information under their own privacy policies.
• Support and sales correspondence. Anything you send us by email.

• Site analytics. Google Analytics may record pages you view, roughly where the visit comes from, device and browser type, and similar usage data. We use this to understand how the public website is used. The analytics script does not give us your Google account contents.
• Theme preference. If you switch light or dark mode, that choice is stored in your browser’s local storage on this device. It is not sent to our servers.

Some Nergaa applications let you sign in with Google or connect a Google account. Google shows a consent screen that lists the permissions requested. We receive only the Google user data you approve on that screen. Depending on the application, that can include your name, email address, profile picture, and any other Google user data the consent screen names.

We use Google user data only to:

• identify you and secure your account;
• display your name or email inside the application; and
• perform the feature you asked for with the Google service you connected.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. We do not allow people to read it except when you ask us to (for example a support request), when we must for security, to investigate abuse, or to meet the law, or when the data is aggregated so it cannot identify you.

Nergaa’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Nergaa at any time from your Google Account permissions. That stops further access. To delete Google user data we already hold, email [email protected]. We will delete it unless we must keep a copy to meet a legal duty or to resolve a dispute.

• to provide, secure, and improve the website and our applications;
• to deliver the services you ask us to provide under a separate agreement; and
• to meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell personal information.

We share information only with parties that need it to operate the site or the service you requested:

• EmailJS, to deliver contact-form messages to us;
• Cal.com or Calendly, when you book a meeting;
• Google, for site analytics and, when you choose it, for sign-in or a connected Google account;
• hosting and infrastructure providers that run the website and our applications; and
• professional advisers or authorities when the law requires it.

We do not transfer Google user data to these parties except as needed to provide or secure the feature you used, or as the Google API Services User Data Policy allows.

Contact and booking records are kept while we handle your request and for a reasonable period afterward as a business record, then deleted or anonymized. Google user data is kept while your account stays connected and for as long as the feature needs it, then deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner. Analytics data follows Google Analytics retention settings.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including access limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Email [email protected] to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain uses. You can also control cookies and analytics in your browser, and revoke Google access from your Google Account. If you are in a region that gives you a right to complain to a data-protection authority, you may do so.

The website and our applications are for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We work with customers worldwide. Information may be processed in the countries where we and our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection rules than your own.

We will post updates on this page and change the date above. If a change materially affects how we use Google user data, we will update this policy before that use begins.
